He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Horn Sebourn of Washington; and his siblings, Elmer, Daniel, Buren, Doyne Sebourn and Ruby Sebourn.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Perry Sebourn; his children, Stephen Sebourn (Debra) of England and Emily Sebourn of England; his grandson Thomas Sebourn of England; and his sister Lucille White of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family.
