He was predeceased by: his parents, Dollie Campbell and Henry Campbell; and his siblings, Margaret Sloan, Macel Combs (Bill), Barbara Campbell Curtis, Louis Campbell, Charles Campbell, Bobby Campbell (Helen), Curtis Campbell, Bill Campbell and Clarence Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Holladay; his daughter Paula Campbell (Doug); his grandchildren, Roxanne Marlar (James), Spencer Ward (Haley), Jon David Campbell and Mallory Campbell; his great grandchildren, Forrest Marlar, Hart Ward, Jaxon Campbell and Cru Campbell; his sister Betty Burnett; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Campbell, Janice Campbell and Roy Curtis.
