It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph R Foster Jr. (England, Arkansas), born in Keo, Arkansas, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foster and Josephine Foster; and his siblings, Bill Foster Sr., Margaret Perkins, Betty Palmer, Marylene Shaw and Theresa Yarborough.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his children, Steve Foster (Cheri), Valerie Hoeger (Erik) and Jacqueline Howe (Brian); his sisters, Mallie Allison and Judy Evans (Rusty); his grandchildren, Spencer Foster (Marissa), Keaton and Skyler Hoeger; and his great grandchildren, Maddox and Rowen Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
