She is survived by: her children, John Carter of Bradford, AR, Jeff Carter, Jr. of Lexa, AR, Janna Carter Terry (Tony), Joe Carter (Deniese) of England, AR, Don Carter of Keo, AR, Darren VanDalsen (Vena) of Stuttgart, AR and Sandra Strain (Sam) of Mayflower, AR; and her caregiver Alicia Sinclair. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 bonus grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and also many loving nieces and nephews.
