He was predeceased by: his father Carl. He is survived by: his brother Brady; his in-laws, John Ford, Phyllis, Johnie and Kimberly; his wife Diane; his children, Carly, Hope and Tim; his grandchildren, Adam, Keiran and Drake; his mother Johnna; and his extended family, Shelia, Steven, Erin, Brian, Rebecca and Ada. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.
