It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Jackson of England, Arkansas, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Jackson; his daughter Melissa Hutchison; his grandson Jake Deric Brooks; and his brothers, John Lee Parks, Bobby Jackson, Kenneth Parks, Harold Jackson, Samuel Parks and Mike Parks.
He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Q. Jackson Parks of England; his wife Hattie Brown of England; his son Maurice Howell (LaTora) of Flint Michigan; his grandchildren, Brittany Moore (Billy Ray), Antonio, April Hutchison and DeOuahnae Howell of Flint Michigan; and his siblings, James, Lawrence Parks of England, Deloris Jackson Davis of Fort Smith, Jessie King (Donnie) of Little Rock, Elnora Parks and Doris Parks of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
