He is survived by: his father Billy Collins (Retha Collins) of Texarkana, AR; his daughters, Dusty and Josie Collins; and his siblings, Michael Collins (Tanya) of Arkadelphia, AR and Michelle Payton of Diana, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
