He is survived by: his wife Wilma McKinnon Otwell of Emmet; his daughters, Sabrina Aparicio of Emmet and Tina Aparicio of Hope; his brother Chuck Otwell of Emmet; and his grandchildren, Alex Lopez (Heather), Zack Aparicio (Brandy), Luther Otwell and Mary Jones (Brandon). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
