He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edd and Eunice Viola Starr (Caldwell). He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Starr (Norwood); his daughter Karen Starr Holland (Larry) of Carthage, TX; his granddaughters, Brooke Holland of Shreveport, LA and Ranie Holland of Hallsville, TX; and his great grandchild Harper Pester.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (420 N Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
