He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howard and Mildred Frances McEachern (Williams). He is survived by: his daughter Terri Levine of Decatur; his granddaughter Marisa Levine of Dallas; his sister Dona Williams (Billy) of Emerson; his nieces, Marla Rowe (Bill) and Michelle Rich of Emerson; his great-niece Marlena Brown of Magnolia; and his great-nephews, Mason Rich and Max Rich of Magnolia.
