He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Goldie Parslow, Fred and Charlotte Liebing (Morrell); his father Arthur Ralph Parslow, Sr.; and his half-sister Goldie Tyler.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Parslow of Texarkana; his sons, Cody Parslow of Minden, LA and Kyler Parslow of Texarkana; his granddaughter Kinleigh Parslow of Minden; his mother Barbara Jane Parslow (Liebing); his stepdaughter Magan Mallard of Texarkana; and his siblings, Phyllis Prevost (Brett) of Gloversville, NY, Arthur Parslow, Jr., Bruce Parslow, Scott Parslow of Canajoharie, NY, Cherie Phillips of Fonda, NY, Barbara Jones of Cincinnati, OH, Lisa Parslow, Fred Parslow of Emerson, David Parslow of Conway and Dawn Sullivan of Magnolia. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
