He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmon Mullins and Audie Mullins (Nesbit). He is survived by: his wife Linda Mullins of Emerson; his daughters, Della Wooley of Emerson, Anita Burleson (Chad) of Emerson, Angela Murphy (Brad) of Jonesboro and Ellie Baker (Scott) of Emerson; his grandchildren, Cody Wooley (Gretchen) of Magnolia, Cally Wooley of Conway, Landi Burleson, Chloe Burleson of Emerson, Zack Murphy, Owen Murphy of Jonesboro, Ireland Baker and Smith Baker of Emerson; his great grandchild Piper Wooley; and his mother-in-law Doris Waller of Magnolia. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana.
