He is survived by: his wife Donna Bilbray (Bradley) of Emerson; his sons, Tyler Bilbray (Rachel Emerson) of Haynesville, LA and Jeremy Bilbray (Emily) of Camden; his mother Pat Franklin (Billings) of Minden, LA; his grandchildren, Elliana, Gabriel, Kalliope and Samuel Bilbray of Haynesville; and his sister Debbie Cochran of Springhill, LA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
