With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herschel Talley of Emerson, Arkansas, who passed away on February 11, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Moody and Eunice Louise Talley (Evers); his son Mike Stevens; and his sister Elsie Gunnels. He is survived by: his wife Noveleene Talley of Emerson; his daughters, Monie Johnson (Mark) of Jacksonville and Amy Smelley (Bill) of Blanca, Colorado; his daughter-in-law Brenda Stevens Arthur of Bruce, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Eric Johnson (Alex) of Maydelle, Rachel Tilley of Milton, Jonathan Stevens (Laura) of Bigelow and Gwen Stevens of Banner, Mississippi; and his great grandchildren, Marie, Justin, Kennedy, Mary, Dakota and Kristen.
