She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Liebing and Charlotte Liebing (Arthur Ralph Parslow, Sr.); her son John J. Parslow; her brother Fredrick "Rick" K. Liebing; her daughter Goldie Tyler; and her son-in-law Brett Prevost.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Parslow, Jr., Bruce A. Parslow, Scott Parslow (Jennifer) of Canajoharie, Frederick Parslow, Lisa Parslow of Emerson, David Parslow (Jennifer) of Conway, Cherie Phillips (Keith) of Fonda, Phyllis Prevost of Gloversville, Barbara Jones of Cincinnati and Dawn Sullivan of Magnolia, Arkansas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
