He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Zelma Ethyl Neely Lewis; his wife Addie Lewis; his children, Linda Dianne McLaughlin and Eddie; his children-in-law, Lorraine Lewis and Lloyd Swayze; his sister Namotia; his brother-in-law Jim Gundelach; his brother James; and his sister-in-law Millie Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Mason; his daughter-in-law Shanna Lewis of Delaney; his daughters, Marie Swayze and Audrey Lewis of Patrick; his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law George Hancock of Keene, Texas; and his son-in-law Russell McLaughlin of Patrick. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and close friends and neighbors.
