He is survived by: his wife Sonja Stokenbury-Blevins; his children, Vickie Kyle of Elkins, Jeffrey Blevins of Elkins and Jimmy Blevins (Lisa) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Ashley Wallis (Matt) of Elkins, Emily Thacker (Dusty) of Elkins, Lainie Turner (Ty) of Elkins, Dominic Blevins (Taylor) of Galena, Kansas, Marissa VanCleave (Tyler) of Galena, Kansas, Ricco Blevins of Galena, Kansas and Cassidy Blevins of Galena, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Jace of Elkins and Dakota of Elkins; and his siblings, Bruce Blevins (Jan) of West Fork and Wanda Blevins of Springerville.
