She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Turner and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Turner (Corn); her husband Cecil Stout; and her son-in-law Chester McGaugh. She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Adler (Fred) of Elkins and Joyce McGaugh of West Fork. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
