He is survived by: his parents, Rex Hawkins of Elkins and Tracy Prevenas of Springdale; his brothers, Samuel Parker Hawkins of Fayetteville and Jordan Scott Prevenas of Fayetteville; and his grandfather Bill Hawkins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
