He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dean and Martha Lorene Parsley Lackey. He is survived by: his sister Anita; his brother-in-law Don Gramling; his caregiver Carl Coonfield; and his close friend Gayla Billings. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
