He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Lewis of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Donny Lewis of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his sisters, Janie Lewis Edwards of Olympia and Linda Carpentieri of Fullerton, California; and his granddaughter Sumer Marie Hawley of Fort Smith.
