He is survived by: his wife Fannie Fornoff; his children, James Peoples of Elkins, Ariell (Caylin Sloan) and Adrianna Fornoff of Elkins; his sister Jessica Karen; his brother-in-law Louis Dyke; his brother Jeremy of Elkins; and his sister-in-law Melissa Fornoff of Elkins.
