She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Franklin and Iva Elizabeth Haskins Williams; her husband George Lee Mounce; and her siblings, Cutis Williams, Ray Williams and Margie Combs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debi (Darrell Brandt), Sherri Burton and Shanna (Mason Lewis); and her brother Harold Williams of Elkins. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
