He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Whitehead and Jessie Whitehead (Ritter); and his siblings, Leon Whitehead, Marvin Whitehead, Faye Singley and Patsy Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Dean Stotts (Kathy) of Trumann and Dr. Sara Culbreath (Blake) of Jonesboro; his sister Carolyn Ferguson; his grandchildren, Adam Stotts, Johnathan Stotts (Stephanie), Christian Culbreath, Kailyn Lamberson (Corey Locke), Callie Rawlings (Neiko) and Cainan Culbreath; and his great grandchildren, Alma Joyce Stotts, Hollis Batton Stotts and Gunnar Hayes Rawlings.
In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be required along with face masks and the signing of a COVID-19 form will be required.
