She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Purvis and Alma Rupard II (Groves); her husband Dale Couch; her sisters, Donna Pope and Sandra Hodges; and her grandson Jeffrey Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Coleman (Mel), Linda Parker (Scott), Darlene Simpkins (Lee) and Margaret Bailey (Delbert); her grandchildren, Nick Coleman (Leah), Tanner Coleman (Sofie), Andy Parker, Taylor Parker (Jonna) and Andrea Bailey; her great grandchildren, Jack Coleman, Tucker Coleman, Kennedy Coleman, Madeline Coleman, Isaac Parker, Ivy Jane Parker and Caleb Davis; and her siblings, Butch Rupard (Debbie) and Patsy Ann Rupard.
