He is survived by: his wife Darlene Smith of Elizabeth, Arkansas; his children, Johnny Paul Smith (Kila) of Rockwall, David Eugene Shelley (Laurel) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Jaylene Cotter (Bruce) of Henderson, Arkansas; and his siblings, Don Smith (Linda) of Timbo, Gary Smith of Mountain View, Hershel Smith of Mountain View, Arkansas, Leona Maier (James) of Mountain Home, Lavone Fowler (Frankie) of Harrison, Lona Fay Lancaster (Clay) of Locust Grove, Hazel Smith of Mountain View and Lavola Ann Fryman (Larry) of Batesville, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
