He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Collins and Carol Woolf Collins; his sister-in-law Karen Riley; and his grandson Braxton Wyatt Staggs. He is survived by: his wife Trish Collins; his children, PJ Collins Bexar (Morgan), Justin Collins of Gassville, Arkansas and Sheena Collins (Jon Strout) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kayley Staggs, Ethan, Aliyah and Grace Collins; his siblings, Robin Collins, Amanda Crain and Doug Collins; his siblings-in-law, John Riley and Susan Williams; his niece Jena Weller; and his nephew Jason Riley.
