She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harold Jennings Jr., Herbert Jennings, Phyllis Jeter, Patsy Vance and Molly Ducote; and her sons-in-law, Ricky DeWees and Roger Sanders.
She is survived by: her significant other Bill Gavin; her daughters, Tammie DeWees of Blunt, SD and Susan Aikman (Rob) of White Hall; her grandchildren, James Gavin Sanders and Lauren Sanders Staton (Evan); her great grandchild Mary Claire Staton of White Hall; and her siblings, Janis Mayeux, Claudia "Bunny" DeGraff (Bob) and Sam Jennings (Jodi) of Baton Rouge, LA.
