She was predeceased by: her husband Whitman W. Fowlkes; and her siblings, O. B. Weatherford, R. H. Weatherford (Hugh Jack), Merle Anderson, Marguerite Allen and Beatrice Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Whit Fowlkes (Nancy) of Mountain View and Pam Brown (Hal) of Hot Springs; and her grandchildren, Tyler Fowlkes (Jennifer) of Mountain View, Anne Nowlin (James) of Memphis, Trey Brown (Brittany) of Rogers and Leanne Anthony (Jordan) of Hot Springs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
