He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Tillman and Effie Mae Cummings (Shock); his brother James Melvin Cummings; and his brother-in-law David Wayne Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Cummings; the mother of his children Lucy Cummings; his children, Debbie Roofener (Steve) of Conway and Bryan Keith Cummings of Conway; his sister Charlotte Berry (Ogden) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Kristen Sellers (J. P.) and James Steven Roofener II; his great grandchildren, Eli Sellers, Lulu Sellers and Brooks Roofener; his nieces and nephews, Niki Ballentine (Jason) and Matt Everett; and his great-niece Cameron Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
