It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Gene Riggs of El Paso, Arkansas, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clearence Riggs and Elsie Marie Riggs (Akins); and his siblings, William Eugene Riggs and Lois Evelyn Williams. He is survived by: his wife Leisa Riggs; his sons, Matthew Brandon Riggs and Jacob Dillon Riggs; his sister Bernice Hartman; his nieces, Melissa Hartman, Jennifer Hartman and Jessica Hartman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addison, Jaicee, Garrett, Kolton, Kutter, Tanner and Jake; and also Oaklynn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Union Valley Baptist Church (932 US-64, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be sent to Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, Arkansas.
