He is survived by: his wife Rachel Relinda Jo Vines; his daughters, Rachel Reed-Dumas (Raymond) and Victoria Catherine Wilson (Jackie); his grandchildren, Harrison Wilson, Julie Wilson, Rylan Wilson, Benjamin Wilson and McKayla Wilson; his great grandchild Christopher Beaux Ware; and his father William Carlos Vines, Sr..
