She was predeceased by: her father Jack Shinpoch; and her sister Janet Hinson. She is survived by: her mother Billie Shinpoch (Gibson); her brothers, Billy Jack Shinpoch (Patty) and Scott Shinpoch (Donna); her children, Spencer Purinton (Jennifer) and Rachel Rhodes; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Purinton (Maddie), Jacob Purinton (Wendy), Sarah House (Skyler), Tana Purinton, Jackson Purinton, Nicholas Rhodes, Veronica Luce and Kelan Bright; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Rhodes and Birdie House. She is also survived by her nieces and other extended family.

Memorials may be made in Vicki's name to Union County Animal Protection Society (UCAPS).
