It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthal Mae Avery Lowdermilk of El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester May Avery and Thelma Inez Jones Avery; her husband Winzel Lowdermilk; her sister Dorothy Inez Avery Hicks; and her daughter Linda Ruth Brasher (Lowdermilk).

She is survived by: her daughter Karen Elaine Welch (Jim) of Bryant; her son-in-law Charlie Brasher of Brandon, MS; her grandchildren, Matthew Welch (Courtney), Daisy Switzer (Brian), Ben Henry Brasher, Daniel Welch (Rachel) and Luke Welch (Ashlyn); her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Switzer, Jackson Switzer and Titus Welch; and her siblings, William Avery of Prescott, Wendell Avery of Prescott, Chester Ray Avery (Jean) of Prescott and Carolyn Largent of Texarkana.
