He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Francis and Inez Francis; his wife Frances Francis; the mother of his children Elsie Francis; his son Timothy Francis; and his siblings, Linda Sue Francis, Marilyn Booth and John Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Tudy Gould (Carey), Linda Bettis Robert Francis Jr. (Randy), Mark Francis and Tyrone Francis (Melanie); his stepchildren, Cindy Russ and David Gifford; and his siblings, Bill Francis and Patricia Holcomb. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family.
