He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Hughes and Alice Stanley Miller (Stanley); his siblings, Mack Miller, Jerry Lee Miller, Eddie Lee Miller, Lee Dale Ford, Romano Miller (Billy), James Miller, Alice Sheppherd, Nobie Lee Winston and Margaret Sanders; and his granddaughter ShaHannah D. Boone.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Miller; his children, Debbie A. Brown (TX) of Eldorado, Cristina Boone (Miller) of Eldorado, LaTisha M. Miller of Eldorado and Randy Lamar Miller Sr. of El Dorado; and his brother Roy Beasley.
