Paul David Short Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul David Short of El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Paul David has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Short and Juanita May Short; and his sister Robin Short Conway. He is survived by: his wife Connie Short; his children, Wendi Golmon (Landon) and Luke Short (Amy Small); his brother Danny Short of El Dorado; and his grandsons, Dakota Short, Wesley Short and David Golmon.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wyatt Baptist Church (4621 W Hillsboro St, El Dorado, AR 71730).
