She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elaska Leon and Sarah Arenna Brasher Jones; her husband James D. Cook; and her brother-in-law Gerald Cook. She is survived by: her children, Mark Cook (Tammy) of El Dorado, Keith Cook (Lynette) of El Dorado and Donna Drevdahl (John) of Loveland, CO.; her brother Doyle Gene Jones (Linda) of Cabot, AR; her grandsons, Andrew Cook, Matthew Cook, Jonathan Swarek, Eric Lee and Alex Lee; her great grandchildren, Spencer Lee, Grace Swarek and Jonathan Swarek, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Belinda Cook of El Dorado.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Young's Funeral Directors (508 Champagnolle Rd, El Dorado, AR 71730). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Methodist Church (700 W 8th St, El Dorado, AR 71730).
