She was predeceased by: her parents, George William "Bill" Phillips and Geraldine Minna Harbeson "Gerry" Phillips of Greenwood, MS.. She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Jeff (Jenn), Barbara (Cody), Sara, Amy and David (Shardonnay); her granddaughters, Emma Ulmer and Mia Ulmer; her sister Martha Phillips Catlette (Jack) of Oxford, Mississippi; and her caregivers, Conswaley Bradley, Shakilra Wade, Tiffany Lucas and Meghan Harris of Shreveport, Louisiana.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
