He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marvin Meeks, Jr. and Mollie Patricia Smith Meeks; his brother James Patrick Meeks; and his grandparents, William Marvin Meeks, Sr., Elizabeth Meeks, Rodney P. Smith and Aileen Smith.
He is survived by: his brother William Marvin Meeks, III (Rebecca); his nieces, Kellye Baggett (Greg) and Susan Ball (Arlo); his nephew John William Meeks (Alison); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Darcy Ball, Rebecca Ball, Maclean Meeks, Rowan Meeks, Aiden Ball and Garrett Baggett; and his caregivers, Loretta Robinson and Bonnie Bragg.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mark Methodist Church (2010 W Hillsboro St, El Dorado, AR 71730). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
