As Mark Stephen departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mark Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mark Stephen leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Mellinger New. He is survived by: his father Elwynn New; his children, Bethany Moore (Matthew) and Joshua New (Jannon); his brother Cliff New (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Hunter Cheatham, J. T. New and Micah Moore.
