He is survived by: his significant other Lequita Evans; his children, Natasha Jackson of El Dorado, Stephanie Griffie (Jonah) of Houston, Dexter Jackson Jr. (Mashara) of El Dorado and Frederick Woods of Houston; his siblings-in-law, Sarah Hart, Dana George (Charles) of El Dorado and Mario Cole of Maryland; his mother-in-law Freddie Jean McDaniel of El Dorado, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, JarRodrick Green, Lacorey Benton, Christopher, Brian, Essence, Lakyia, Christian, Jacari, Jakayla, Markell, Casey Woods, Quintedra, QuinTasia Kingsby, Aaliyah and Aubrey; his great grandchildren, Nora Benton and Lyric Washington; his uncle Lawrence (Edgar Jackson A); and his cousin Bernard Braggs of El Dorado, Arkansas..
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sims Mortuary (432 W Liberty St, El Dorado, AR 71730). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Morning Star Baptist Church #2 (2506 N College Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730).
