He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mavin Rowland and Ada Pearl Graves Rowland; and his siblings, William Mavin Rowland, Ada Pearl Graves, Rowland Wiley Rowland, Milton Rowland, Leon Rowland, Wallace Rowland, William Mavin Rowland Sr., Marie Echoff and Geraldine Morris.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Rowland of Farmerville, LA; his wife Virginia Buchanan of El Dorado, AR; his children, Rhonda Crumley of Quitman, AR and Dustin Rowland of Hot Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Will Crumley, Hunter Crumley, Mckenna Rowland and Alexis Rowland; and his great grandchildren, Parker Crumley, Mason Rainey, Samuel Crumley and Sophia Crumley.
