With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Jean Boyd of El Dorado, Arkansas, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on June 17, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Carolyn Jean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Lee Hollingshead Wilson and Oscar Lee "O. L." Wilson; her husband James Boyd; and her brother Roger Wilson. She is survived by: her son Michael Young (Trisha) of Ponca City, OK; her sister-in-law Diana Wilson Hall; and her cousins, Gloria Davis of Delhi, LA. and Tracy Denman (Robert) of Delhi, LA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
