He is survived by: his wife Taiko Kasai Leveritt; his sons, John Leveritt and Michael Leveritt (Nicole); his brother Harold Leveritt (Rosemary); his grandchildren, Jennifer Goocher (Paul), Drake Leveritt, Lacie Leveritt and Dakota Williams; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Goocher, Karli Goocher, Jackson Goocher and Chloe Goocher.
