Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Billy Wayne Smith of El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 78, on March 30, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Betty Geraldine Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Wyatt of Prescott, Jerusha McDonald (David) of Gurdon, Carrie Smith of Mineola, TX and Heather Neal (Rob) of Smackover; his sisters, Betty Eckert (Joe) of Gurdon and Susie Comstock (Joe) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Kyle Robertson (Cherish), Carista Bellar, Aubrey Shaw, Madison McLelland (Blake), Avery Neal, Emerson Neal and Miles McDonald; and his great grandchildren, Maddex Robertson, Karter Robertson, Maya Griffin and Wes McLelland.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beech Street Baptist Church (1305 E Main St, Gurdon, AR 71743). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital or Beech Street Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
