James Lee Harris Obituary

He is survived by: his children, LaJerrion Harris (Jennifer) of Jonesboro, AR, Antawian Harris of Jonesboro, AR, Santino Harris of Earle, AR, James (Lester) and Terri Lynn Harris of West Memphis, AR; his siblings, Willie C. Harris, Jr. of Florissant, MO, Jerry Harris of Marion, AR, Johnny Harris of Lafayette, IN, Tony Harris of Chicago, IL, Johnny C. Anthony (Jovita) of Bellville, IL, Billy Joe Harris (Jacqueline) of Milwaukee, WI, Reverend Eugene "Partee" Sprattlin (Evelyn) of Phoenix, AZ, Essie Pledge of West Memphis, AR, Terri Lynn Webster of Chicago, IL, Elnora Dorsey of Chicago, IL, Janice Harris of Chicago, IL, Imogene Rhodes, Sr. (Michael) of Marion, AR and Mary Ann Harris of Memphis, TN; and his aunt Augustine Baker (Verdel) of West Memphis, AR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

This afforded him the opportunity to help lay the foundation of the historical Benjamin Hooks Library located in Memphis, Tennessee.
