She was predeceased by: her parents, George Boswell and Margaret Boswell; her husband Joe K Ballard, Jr.; and her grandson Cody Lane Boswell. She is survived by: her stepfather Thomas D Hollis; her children, Debbie Pruett (Andy) and Kenneth Joe Ballard; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Paige Dougher and Skylar Mackenzie Pruett; her great grandchild Elenor Elizabeth Dougher; and her brothers, Jerry Boswell and Thomas R. Hollis.
