He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Ethelyn Hester Rinehart. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rinehart; his children, Jason Rinehart, Aubrey Futch (Brandon) of Bauxite and Rachael Mizell (Chris) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Rylin, Tynlee Futch and Zane Mizell; and his brothers, Tim Rinehart (Teresa) of Bryant and Tony Rinehart of Little Rock.
