He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Guy and Alzora Guy; his sons, Craig Guy and Chad Fields; and his sisters, Geraldine Hoselton and Bonnie Gibbs.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lanham Guy; his children, Tony Guy (Terri) of Missouri, Lisa Comstock of Earle and Amy Huey (Jeremy) of Colt; his siblings, Bobby Guy, Bennie Guy, Tommy Guy, Alice Miller, Margaret Cullum and Marlene Guy; his grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor Guy, Ryanne, Ryleigh O'Donell, Dakota, Devin, Shelby, Dylan Comstock, Audrey Huey, Summer, Oliver Winders, Emily Hess, Lexie Guy, Drake Guy, Clayton Guy Richardson and Braylin Guy; and his great grandchild Hudson Guy.
